Cost and fee figures
The consultancy fee percentages and the per-square-foot construction cost table are indicative references for Tamil Nadu. They are not quotations. Actual project cost depends on district, plot conditions, design, specification, materials and prevailing market rates. Final figures are issued in writing after consultation.
Loan and project finance assistance
TrustStone provides technical and documentation support for construction and land purchase finance — cost estimates, feasibility documents and coordination with banks and NBFCs. We are not loan agents and we do not lend. Eligibility, sanction, sanctioned amount, interest rate and all terms rest solely with the lending institution.
Approvals and statutory compliance
We prepare and submit documentation for approvals such as CMDA, DTCP, Panchayat, fire NOC and industrial licences. Approval timelines and outcomes are decided by the relevant authority and are outside our control.
Vastu
Vastu review is offered as a design service at client request. It is applied without compromising structural safety or statutory requirements.
