Fee note: Published percentages are indicative base consultancy rates. Depending on project scope, scale, location, services required, and complexity, the final consultancy fee may vary within the following indicative ranges: Residential 6%–10%, Apartment 7%–10%, Commercial/Educational 8%–10%, Industrial/Factory 10%. Final fees are agreed in writing before commencement.
