For commercial and industrial projects we handle CMDA/DTCP approvals, local body NOCs, fire department NOC, environmental clearances (where applicable), factory licence support, and building completion certificates.

Yes. We can assist eligible clients in exploring and arranging suitable bank/NBFC financing options for land purchase and construction, subject to the lender's eligibility criteria, documentation, valuation, credit assessment and approval. We can also assist with project estimates, cost documentation and other technical information required by the lending institution. Loan approval, interest rates, sanction amount and terms are solely at the discretion of the respective financial institution.

Our consultancy fee ranges from 6% to 10% of the total project cost depending on project type, scale, and complexity — Residential 6%, Apartment 7%, Commercial/Educational 8%, Industrial/Factory 10%. Vastu consultation is a separate fixed fee. All fees are agreed upfront in writing — no surprises. Construction costs flow directly from you to contractors.

Yes — Vastu compliance is integrated into every project from the design stage. Yes — TrustStone provides loan assistance and project finance advisory as part of our consultancy. We help you with: accurate project cost estimation reports (required by banks), technical feasibility documents, coordination with banks and NBFCs for home loans and construction finance, and phased budget planning so your project is funded stage-by-stage without cash flow issues.
